HAMBLY
( including variant HAMBLEY )

The HAMBLY name appears to have origins in Cornwall and Devon. This ties in with our research.
Our first encounter of the name is towards the end of the 19thC via our linkage through the MYERS family in Hull.
Our GG-grandfather was born in Camelford, Cornwall, prior to migrating north to Hull, via Bristol & Somerset.
Ellen Maud Hambly (b.1872, Drypool, East Yorkshire) was our G-Grandmother.
